Common Recruitment Process For Recruitment Of Clerks In Participating Organisations (Crp Clerks-x For Vacancies Of 2021-22 )

The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selecting personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Organisations is tentatively scheduled in December 2020 & January 2021.

Any eligible candidate aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed at (A) as a Clerk or in a similar post in that cadre must register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP Clerks -X). The examination will be two tiers i.e., the online test will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination. Depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2021-22 based on the Participating Organisations' business needs and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. The validity for CRP Clerks-X will automatically expire at the business's close on 31.03.2022 with or without giving any notice.

Indicative State wise and category wise vacancies of each of the Participating Organizations are given vide AnnexureI. Recruitment in Participating Organizations is a dynamic process that depends upon restriction imposed, business volume, business growth, the health of the organizations, branch expansion, internal and external factors, structural changes, etc. Vacancies mentioned here are indicative and anticipated, as communicated by the participating organizations. However, Provisional allotment will be made based on the actual vacancies reported by the participating organizations.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates intending to apply for CRP Clerks-X should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this advertisement:

1. Please note that the eligibility criteria specified herein are the essential criteria for applying for the post. Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents in original and a photocopy in support of their identity and eligibility -about the category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, etc. as indicated in the online application form at the time of joining and any subsequent stage of the recruitment process as required by IBPS/ Participating Organisations. Please note that no change of category will be permitted at any stage after registration of the online application, and the result will be processed considering the category which has been indicated in the online application, subject to guidelines of the Government of India in this regard.

2. Merely applying for CRP/ appearing for and being shortlisted in the online examination (Preliminary and Main) and/or in subsequent processes does not imply that a candidate will necessarily be offered employment in any Participating Organisations. No request for considering the candidature under any category other than the one in which one has applied will be entertained.

Educational Qualifications:

1. A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet/Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicates the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory, i.e., candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects the High School/College/Institute. Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which a candidate's vacancies are preferable.

2. Ex-Servicemen who do not possess the above civil examination qualifications should be matriculated Ex-Servicemen who have obtained the Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after completing not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union as on 23.09.2020. Such certificates should be dated on or before 23.09.2020.

Minimum: 20 years, Maximum: 28 years

Application Fee: Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PWBD/EXSM candidates. Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST) for all others

Selection Procedure :

1. Preliminary Examination: English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, TotalMarks: 100

a. Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. An adequate number of candidates in each category, as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements, will be shortlisted for the Online Main examination.

2. Main Examination: General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, TotalMarks: 200

a. Except for the Tests of English Language, the above tests will be available bilingually, i.e., English and Hindi. IBPS reserves the right to modify the examination structure, which will be intimated through its website. Other detailed information regarding the examination will be given in an Information Handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download and call letters from the authorized IBPS website www.ibps.in.

How to Apply :

1. Candidates can apply online only from 02.09.2020 to 23.09.2020, and no other mode of application will be accepted.

2. Pre-Requisites for Applying Online Before applying online, candidates should scan their: photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) signature.

a. Left thumb impression (If a candidate is not having a left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. If there are no fingers on the left hand, the print of one of the fingers of the right hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. If no fingers are available, the impression of the left toe may be taken. In all such cases where the left thumb impression is not uploaded, the candidate should specify in the uploaded document the name of the finger and the specification of the left/right hand or toe).

b. Handwritten declaration (text is given below) { In case of candidates who cannot write may get the text of the declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression (if not able to sign also) below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications}. Ensuring that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications given in Annexure III to this Advertisement.

3. Signature in Capital Letters will NOT be accepted.

4. The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged

5. The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows(Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, authentic, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."

6. The above-mentioned handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate's handwriting and in English only and should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid.

7. Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges

8. have a valid personal e-mail ID, which should be kept active until completing this round of the Common Recruitment Process. IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to/of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online and maintain that e-mail account.
