Job Description

Job Brief:

  1. We are looking for an Associate Director of Customer Success & Support in NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore.
  2. We are looking for a techno-functional champion who becomes the trusted advisor to clients and drives the adoption of Leegality’s eSign workflow solutions to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide recommendations on the process to Leegality’s enterprise clients
  2. Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide guidance on the process
  3. Configure and manage client’s use of Leegality; Assist and Train clients to do it on their own
  4. Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map product capabilities to achieve these goals
  5. Drive product adoption, increasing overall retention and achieve process success for customers
  6. Support clients to resolve queries or bugs, as and when required
  7. Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys
  8. Share best practices with clients on how to achieve product success with Leegality
  9. Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate
  10. Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities

Requirements:

  1. 1+years of experience in Customer Success or Support
  2. Experience in dealing with Enterprise customers would be preferred Understanding of SaaS would be preferred
  3. Understanding of BFSI would be preferred
  4. Good in MS Excel, Word, and Power-point
  5. Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Pleasantly Persistent
  6. Willing to join immediately ideally within September
  7. Comfortable with joining and working remotely for the time being
